Messrs. <strong>Theodore Mitole<\/strong> and <strong>Chuma Tukula<\/strong> (Lower Sixth) narrowly prevailed against Messrs. <strong>Kutemwa Chirwa<\/strong> and <strong>Ronnie Kamkwasi<\/strong> (Upper Sixth)\u00a0in a case heard before the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom (sitting for the occasion in the VIP) which concerned Occupiers&#8217; Liability and the Tort of Negligence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/dU1z7QQaAJY\">here<\/a> to watch (30:59).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>2019<\/strong> the Moot Court took place on 25<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>April. Mlles. <strong>Chawezi Chirwa<\/strong> and <strong>Atupele Chiwaya<\/strong> (Lower Sixth) emerged victors over Mr. <strong>Ramzan Kamoto<\/strong> and Miss <strong>Tapiwa Liwimbi<\/strong> (Upper Sixth).
