Miss Alinuswe Ngosi (2018)
She has now completed the B.A. (Hons.) in Law & Practice at Coventry University (UK).
Miss Walinase Chinula (2014)
She secured the Phyllis Barclay-Smith C.B.E. Memorial Scholarship to read Law at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge (UK), from where she has now graduated. She spent one year of her studies at the University of Utrecht (the Netherlands) on an Erasmus scholarship. She was called to the Malawi Bar in 2020 and is now Associate Partner at Savjani & Co. (Blantyre, Malawi).
Miss Mary Jiyani (2011)
She read Law at the University of Cape Town (South Africa) before becoming in 2016 Malawi’s first lady Mandela Rhodes scholar. She has completed the B.C.L. and M.Phil. in Jurisprudence at Balliol College, Oxford (UK), where she is currently writing a doctoral thesis on Land Law in Malawi. (More here.)
Miss Hazel Miseleni (2009)
She read Law at Cardiff University (UK) and is now Senior Legal Aid Advocate in the Mzuzu Office of the Legal Aid Bureau.
Miss Chikondi Mandala (2008)
She took a Law Degree from the University of Malawi and became Senior Resident Magistrate in Blantyre. In 2016 she secured a Mandela Washington scholarship to study at Howard University, Washington D.C. (USA). She was appointed Assistant Registrar at the High Court of Malawi but spent the 2018 - 2019 academic year as a Fulbright scholar back in the USA, where she has completed the LL.M. at Harvard Law School.
